Site Description: Once, the pioneers who opened up Hokkaido hoisted a red five-pointed star as a navigational marker and, aligning it with the North Star, set out toward unknown paths. The star inscribed in the name of this train inherits that spirit and serves as a symbol that illuminates everyone involved with light as a "guidepost toward the future." We connect the region's attractions with people's feelings create experiences that can be encountered only here and share special moments that remain in the heart together with all those involved with this train. Aiming for such a form of travel, we will weave a new story of the northern star together with this train.
Design: The design features a rich color palette of deep blue with red accents, beautifully evoking the dramatic travel mood of a train traversing the northern landscape.
